The Honourable commissioner for Sports Development, Champion Daniel Baraladei Igali, gave the assurance when the National coordinator of Safe and Better Nigeria SBN, Comrade Solomon Charles Ikpaka lead his team and a delegation of youths leaders to his office for a courtesy visit in Yenagoa.
Stating the essence of the visit, comrade Solomon Charles Ikpaka, explained that the visit is geared towards seeking for the ministry's collaboration to enhance its organisation's sporting needs and future goals for talented youths of the state, particularly for the Alabini's people.
In his response, the Honourable commissioner for Sports Development, Champion Daniel Baraladei Igali, applauded comrade Solomon Charles Ikpaka for its efforts to improve sporting activities in the State, encouraging the organization to own a football team as he assured them of the ministry's support and collaboration.
On their Parts, the Director of Sports Bayelsa State Sports Council, Sir Braveman Worthy and the Director General of Bayelsa Center for Youths Development Deacon Robert Igali, also lauded the Safe and Better Nigeria for their significant efforts towards youths development, expressing optimism that the collaboration would yield fruitful results.
Present during the visit was, Comr. Tiemo Ifiemi, Vice President of the Alabini National Youth Council, Hon.John Jacob, Deputy Director Center for Youth Development Bayelsa East, permanent secretary and staff of the Bayelsa State ministry of Sports Development.
